The NACM continues to establish Elders in every US State. State Coord. and Local Elders work together to establish at least one (often 2) annual meeting(s) in their State(s) every year.
These gatherings are expressly focused on:
1) the laying on hands of new ministers;
2) the “in person” fellowship of ministers locally; and
3) a time of shared corporate worship.
The most appropriate time to receive the laying on of hands blessing is during State annual gatherings.
