Refunds, Returns, and Policy

Herein you will find the policies pertaining to purchases from the NACM Spirit Shop. #

NOTICE:  This is one of the most important notices of which you should be aware. 


Payment Methods

We only accept payment in the form of Debit or Credit Cards.  We no longer accept checks, or money orders. The year is 2024, it is time to use secure and updated payment methods. We never accept cash.  Under no circumstances should a member send us a check, money order, or cash!


Early Cancellations

If for any reason you wish to cancel an order “before” it is shipped, we will honor your request by:

Upon your receiving a reply from us indicating that your message was received (check your spam).

Occasionally, one of the below scenarios occur:

A member wants a refund, but instead of informing us and giving 72 hours to reply, you contact your financial institution and “claim” that your purchase was fraudulent, or not approved by you.  This will result in costing us fines which were not warranted.  Rest assured, this approach will result in the termination of your membership with us.

A member wants a refund, but wait until after your package is delivered, then you contact your financial institution and “claim” that your purchase was fraudulent, or not approved by you.  This will result in costing us fines which were not warranted.  Rest assured, this approach will result in the termination of your membership with us.

A member’s spouse follows up with your monthly financial records and takes it upon themselves to report it fraudulent without mention it to the spouse who made the purchase.

In any of such cases, it costs us the supplies, labor, shipping, and an additional bank fee of about $20 per case.  If you report a dispute without following all the necessary channels to let us know about it, we reserve the right to suspend or dismiss your membership and ministerial status, with or without your being informed.  Your credentials will be canceled, null and void, and should we be contacted to verify your ministerial status, we will communicate that you hold a “suspended” or “dismissed” status with us.  The reason for this policy is that to report a purchase against us as fraudulent is actually fraud on the part of the member.   

Why? 

We collect data about every item a member views in the Spirit Shop, accompanied by the date, time, and browser.

Additionally, we record the IP address of where the order was placed geographically, leading us back to the same State in which the member resides.

Credential orders often require a member to spell their name for the documents, list an address to be printed as a place of their residence, and in many cases has a personal picture uploaded for print on the credential. 

The likelihood of someone stealing your credit card,

Then placing an order with us with all of your info and a picture matching your profile on nacministers.org is improbable in the very least and arguably impossible.

The last thing we want is to support a member who claims fraud to avoid the responsibilities of their financial commitments. If they do it to us, they may treat other people in their ministry is even more concerning.

Refunds

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days after successful USPS Tracking delivery. If upon said 30 days have passed since your confirmed (USPS Tracking delivery), we reserve the right to offer you a full refund or exchange, or not at all.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same conditions in which you received them.

Downloadable Items

Personalized items with minister’s name on it. 

Credentials will not be refunded once they have been shipped unless:

1) the credentials are returned to us with shipment tracking; or

2)  if there is an error in printing, spelling of names, dates, etc. or on our part.  In such cases, we will offer a replacement at no charge to you. 

We print custom documents with the info that you input at the time of order.  We do not directly type it in.  The details of the names and emails are checked to assure you are qualified to make the order. The details are not checked for spelling errors in your name and or address.  It is your responsibility to know how to spell, capitalize the first letter of your First and Last name, and input a correct address at the time of order. It is not our responsibility to know how to correctly spell your name, etc.  In such cases, you must know your info and submit it correctly.  If you impute it incorrectly, and we ship it that way, no refund will be offered.


Shipping

All shipments from the Spirit Shop are sent with tracking from USPS!  Shipping and handling will not be refunded unless the mistake was made on our part.  If the member does not pick up their mail, or their mail is stolen, etc. the member must pay for new shipping costs. 

We make every effort to ship documents in a “foolproof” manner to keep them safe in the mail.  In other words, depending on the size of your order, we will ship orders in one of two ways: 

1) In strong bend resistant thick cardboard mailer; or

2) In a durable cardboard box.

Should the USPS damage your shipment, such is out of our control and is a loss to us as it is to you.  However, in most cases we will replace your documents as long as they are reported to us within 1 week of delivery, verified by the tracking number. 


Returns

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  In cases where the receipt is not available, a bank or credit card statement proving that payment was successfully made, collected by us, and is not the subject of any disputes with the credit or banking institution.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds at granted at our discretion:

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Where to Send Returns

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We can and will not issue refunds to any other cards or accounts than those which were used to make the purchase.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.  Sometimes it takes a few days to process.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this, and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact the Spirit Shop (click here to notify)


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or we have made an agreement with you otherwise. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact the Spirit Shop (click here to notify)

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.


Shipping Returns

To return your item, you should mail it (with tracking details), to the address listed above.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Without tracking, we have no guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
